SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHOPPING DAYS: Shopping and deliveries are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Five days a week, unless stated otherwise.

WEBSITE ORDER TIMELINE: Kindly place all orders by 9pm for a next day delivery. Thus, Tuesday to Saturday, and confirm with payment of total bill by 9pm from Monday to Friday via our various payment options. You will receive a confirmation mail after payment to confirm your order has been received for processing.

PICK UP TIMES: Pickups start at 12pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays but at 12:30pm on Saturdays unless arranged otherwise. Kindly call to alert us before pickups. Pickups end at 4PM.
DELIVERY TIMES: Deliveries are from 1PM to 7PM. Which means you will receive your package anytime between 1PM -7PM unless there are any challenges such as rain, traffic or an unfortunate breakdown of delivery car, van or bike (which will be communicated) Feel free to communicated with our team for any special assistance. We are always open to help.

CUSTOMER COOPERATION: Customers are advised to answer calls within 10 minutes upon arrival of delivery persons at their address to avoid delays. This will help us serve others quickly as well. Customers will be responsible for any additional delivery charges if they do not respond to dispatch calls on time as we do our best to serve you without delays

If an item ordered by a customer is not found in the market, customer will be alerted for a change or a refund.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS: Customers must report any service or product issues within 6 hours of receiving their package for a replacement as soon as possible or a refund if agreed upon.

We expect customer to share their grievances without any verbal or physical abuse as we also train our staff to attend to all customers professionally.
